Building Accessibility – Because the construction of the two original buildings on the side of a large bluff was before 1930, there is very limited access to our property by handicapped travelers and visitors. The parking and lobby entrance areas where guests check in are on a medium grade.
Suite 8 is adjacent to the lobby and its living room, bath and kitchen are on the same level. The dining room is on a single step riser. The suite’s second bedroom is up a steep stairway.
The front door of Suite 6 is reached by concrete steps and sloping path to the front porch. This Suite is all on one level but the bathroom is too small for a wheelchair.
Suite 1 is further down the path past Suite 6. All the suite is on the same level but the bedroom and bathroom do not have enough space for a wheelchair.
Suite 3, furthest down our hillside is reached by a steep exterior stairway. The small shower-only bathroom is not accessible to anyone not fully ambulatory.
Studio Suite 4 is reached by a concrete steps and a sloping path followed by an inner hallway. This studio has a very small bathroom with a step in shower.
Suite 7 on the upper level of our place has a steep stairway leading up to the entrance as well as a very small shower-only bathroom.
Suite 5 entrance is down an exterior staircase.
A steep stairway from the front door leads to all the living areas of Suite 2.
